1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding national holidays) from our Delhi studio. You will receive an order confirmation by email and SMS as soon as your order is placed.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier-2 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote pincodes: 7–10 business days
3. Shipping Charges
We offer FREE shipping across India on all prepaid orders. A nominal handling fee of ₹99 applies on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
4. Cash on Delivery
COD is available across most serviceable pincodes in India for orders up to ₹10,000. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also track from your account or by emailing support@weeqart.com with your order ID.
6. Delays
Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to weather, festivals, or courier-side issues. We will keep you updated and resolve any concerns promptly.
