Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email support@weeqart.com or WhatsApp +91 8595561272 with your order ID, the item to be returned, and the reason.
  • We will arrange a reverse pickup within 48 hours (in serviceable pincodes).
  • For non-serviceable pincodes, you may self-ship the product; reasonable shipping costs will be reimbursed.

3. Exchange

Exchanges for a different size or color of the same product are free, subject to stock availability.

4. Refund

Once the returned product is received and quality-checked (within 2–3 business days), refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer; please share your account details when initiating the return.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked "Final Sale" or sold under special promotions.
  • Items showing signs of wear, wash, stains, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Innerwear, masks, and accessories (for hygiene reasons).

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

7. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of cost before they are dispatched. Once dispatched, you may refuse delivery; a refund (minus shipping) will be processed.
